Located at 1938 m in the heart of an ancient Walser village, Vieux Crest hut overlooks Champoluc and the Ayas Valley.
Open year-round, it is easily reachable from Champoluc by foot or cable car.
It serves as a base for numerous summer hikes (part of the Alta Via no.1) and fantastic skiing in the Monterosa Ski area during winter.

The refuge has 40 beds in 7 rooms, all with private facilities and linens.

The kitchen combines traditional Aosta Valley dishes with creative seasonal specialties.
