Alpenzu Hut

The Alpenzu refuge is perched at 1,779 m on a rocky balcony in the Gressoney Valley, with spectacular views of the Monte Rosa massif.
It is part of a unique village, where Walser architecture with its typical wooden and stone houses is perfectly and carefully preserved.

The new managers Valentina and Francesco are delighted to welcome you and ready to serve you simple, carefully prepared dishes from the Aosta Valley and Gressoney traditions.
The kitchen prioritizes the use of fresh, local products and has established a partnership with the “Paysage à manger” farm in Gressoney and with the neighboring alpine pastures.

The refuge consists of a main building with 2 rooms of 6 beds each and 4 double rooms located in a “stadel” in front.
Each room has independent bathrooms and showers.
