This route was born from the collaboration of the owners of the 6 huts with the aim of proposing a new and different trek to discover the mountain with the backpack.

To complete the full 7 days tour it takes seven days with departure and return from Champoluc, in Ayas valley.

The Tour takes place on mountain paths with daily stages lasting an average of 4-7 hours, without particular difficulties and short sections on scree or stony ground.

It’s suitable for walkers in good physical shape who are familiar with mountain trekking.

No mountaineering equipment is required.

For time or training reasons, the Tour can be divided into shorter, 4-day (3-night) or 3-day (2-night) loop courses.

The Gressoney Valley with the Lys Glacier, Lyskamm and Gnifetti peaks

The Ayas Valley with the Verra glacier, the Black Rock and the peaks of Castor and Pollux

The Valtournenche with the pyramid of the Matterhorn.

Overnight stay is planned every evening in a different hut!
